Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To reserve your appointment, we require advance booking with a confirmation. For cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service charge, while no-shows will be charged the full service amount. For bridal packages and group bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. In case of emergencies, we understand and will work with you to find a suitable solution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently.

Payments & Pricing

We accept multiple payment methods including cash, UPI payments, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without prior notice. For services exceeding ₹5,000, we require a 50% advance payment. Course fees for our training programs are payable in installments as per the agreed schedule. We maintain complete transparency in our pricing - there are no hidden charges. Receipts for all payments are provided, and we offer flexible payment plans for our premium packages and courses to make our services accessible to everyone.

Refund Policy

Service payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with any service, we offer a complimentary correction within 48 hours of the original appointment. For product purchases, unopened and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Course fees for our training programs are refundable only under specific circumstances: 90% refund if cancelled 15 days before course start date, 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before, and no refund after course commencement. Special circumstances such as medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.

For wedding and event packages, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date based on availability. We work closely with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and fairly.

Health & Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our clients, we adhere to strict health and safety protocols:

  • 1. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use
  • 2. Single-use disposable items are used wherever possible
  • 3. Our staff maintains personal hygiene and uses protective gear
  • 4. Treatment areas are sanitized between clients
  • 5. We conduct regular health checks for our team members
  • 6. Clients with contagious conditions are respectfully requested to reschedule

Client Responsibilities

We request our clients to inform us about any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before any treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointments to ensure you receive the full service duration. For skin and hair treatments, we recommend following the prescribed aftercare routine for optimal results. We are not liable for any adverse reactions if clients fail to disclose relevant health information or do not follow aftercare instructions. Valuables should be kept secure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. By availing our services, clients consent to before-and-after photographs for our records and training purposes (faces can be blurred upon request).

Training Program Policies

Our beauty courses require regular attendance and practical participation. Students must maintain 80% attendance to be eligible for certification. Course materials and kits provided are for personal use during training. We reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate training if students display unprofessional behavior. Placement assistance is provided but not guaranteed - final employment depends on individual performance and market conditions. Certificate issuance requires successful completion of both theoretical and practical assessments.
